Aisino Holds “Advanced Staff Home” Building Mobilization Conference

On the afternoon of April 14, 2014, Aisino Corporation (Aisino) held “Advanced Staff Home” Building Mobilization Conference. Wang Jiansheng, Member of Executive Committee of All China Federation of Trade Unions, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee directly subordinated to China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC) and Chairman of the Trade Union directly subordinated to CASIC, Sun Xuetao, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union directly subordinated to CASIC, Shi Yang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Aisino, Fu Jianjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of Discipline Committee of Aisino, and Sun Yan, Chairman of Trade Union of Aisino, attended the conference. The conference was chaired by Fu Jianjun, and more than 40 people from the members of the trade union of Aisino and the chairmen and members of branch unions were present at the conference.

Ms. Sun Yan summarized the Staff Home building work in 2013 and made deployment of the Staff Home building work in 2014. Her summarization pointed out that Aisino’s Staff Home building was attached attention to by the company’s two-level party organizations, the trade union of every unit actively participated in the building activity, and many grassroots units won the honor of “Small Staff Home”. Meanwhile, she required the trade unions at all levels to throw them into the Staff Home building upgrading activity and carefully organize, reasonably arrange and thoroughly implement to each reach the specified standard in one attempt.

At the conference, the members of the trade union of Aisino and the chairmen and members of branch unions exchanged their working experience in implementing “Advanced Staff Home” building schemes and “Small Staff Home” building. They unanimously expressed they would fully support the company’s “Advanced Staff Home” building activity.

Mr. Shi Yang fully affirmed the achievements of the company’s “Advanced Staff Home” building activity, expressed thanks to the trade union cadres for their hard working, and required the labor unions at all levels to regard “Advanced Staff Home” building activity as a key work in 2014 and strive to smoothly pass the acceptance of the higher level of trade union. He stressed that the trade unions at all levels should achieve three changes: First, change recognition on the role of trade union and establish and improve the system in which trade union participates in domestic business management; second, change the way of working of the labor union and implement the documents of the higher authority to the specific work; third, change the relation between the staff and production and management and create a harmonious environment for the staff and the enterprise to growth together.

Wang Jiansheng said in his speech that Aisino is the first unit carrying out system-wide “Staff Home” building upgrading activity among the secondary units of CASIC and posses the conditions of building “Advanced Staff Home”. He hoped that the trade union of Aisino would strengthen self-construction, well do characteristic activities, actively explore and summarize the experiences and practices of carrying out “Staff Home” building activity under modern enterprise system, and make “Staff Home” building upgrading activity become a positive energy to boost business development. Targeting at Aisino’s “Staff Home” building activity, Wang made instructions on how to set up the service concept, how to do practical things and solve problem for the staff, how to build harmonious labor relations, how to train high-quality workforce, and democracy, popularization and legislation. Wang also required well doing six key jobs: First, play the major coordinating role of trade union, educate and guide the staff to make contribution for business development; second, carry out labor competition and team building activities to make contribution to the business; third, earnestly implement workers’ congress system and deepen the democratic management of enterprises; fourth, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the staff; fifth, carry out various employee activities in combination with the reality; sixth, mobilize the masses of workers and members to actively participate in the Staff Home building activity.
Meanwhile, he hoped that the trade union cadres at all levels should become trustable families of the staff, and the party and company leaders at all levels should support the work of the trade union and give guidance, create conditions and solve problems for trade unions to carry out activities.
