Aisino holds business plan meeting 2016

On March 29-31, 2016, Aisino Corporation (Aisino) held its annual business plan meeting for 2016 in Zhuozhou, Hebei. More than 170 people attended the meeting, including the members of Aisino’s leading group, headquarters cadres at middle level and the cadre representatives of nationwide branches and service units. Mr. Shi Yang, Chairman of the Board and Secretary of the Party Committee of Aisino, and Mr. Yu Liang, General Manager of Aisino respectively made an important speech. Yu Liang issued the letter of responsibility to the representatives of target responsibility units. The meeting was chaired by CFO Zhang Fengqiang.

Mr. Yu Liang delivered mobilization report themed “Have the Courage to Innovate and Shoulder Responsibility and Ensure the Good Start of the 13th Five-Year Plan”. The report briefly reviewed the completion of the work in 2015, clarified the general idea of the business plan 2016 on the basis of an in-depth analysis of current situation, and proposed the key working requirements in ten aspects, namely well implementing and decomposing the 13th Five-Year Plan, focusing on key industries and tasks, advancing R&D system innovation, promoting internal coordination, promoting refine management, reinforcing assessment guide, strengthening the development of qualified personnel, increasing efforts in capital operation and service unit integration, paying attention to operational risk and strengthening party building and corporate culture construction.

At the meeting, related business departments delivered analysis report on the 2016 business plan and current economic operation, conveyed the spirit of CASIC’s 2016 Civil Industry Work Meeting and arranged presentations for such jobs as 2016 annual operation and assessment, international business assessment, supervision and control system building of human resources, audit, party building, discipline inspection and supervision and calling center system transformation. Golden tax and corporate market business division, financial e-payment and service business division, IoT technology and application business division and professional companies respectively makes business and product introductions.

Mr. Shi Yang made a presentation entitled “Overcome All Difficulties to Seek Development, Race against Time for Practice”. He proposed four requirements for the work in 2016:First, focus on strategy, base on planning and commence from systematic development to ensure the good beginning of the 13th Five-Year Plan period; Second, be problem-oriented to promote various jobs during problem solving; Third, be assessment-oriented to directly face the difficulties, have the courage to shoulder responsibilities and release development activity; Fourth, achieve operation-centered overall development and practically do a good job in party building and discipline inspection and supervision.

The meeting further unifies thinking, strengthens confidence, clarify the tasks and implement the responsibility. It lays a solid foundation for the full completion of business tasks in 2016 and the good start of the 13th Five-Year Plan.
